October has become a season of slowing down, cozy gatherings, and intentional choices. As a founder, wife, a mom, and someone who’s always balancing life, I love how Sober October reminds us that fun doesn’t have to come with a buzz. This month, I’m leaning into mindful sipping and sharing a few of my favorite ways to enjoy our Too Good Eats superfood mixers—with bold flavors, no added sugar, and plenty of personality.
And yes… our Hibiscus Cider is back for the season! 🍎🌺

Why Sober October Resonates
For me, Sober October is a reminder that celebration doesn’t always need spirits. It’s about making room for balance, trying new things, and enjoying flavors that feel special. That’s exactly why I created Too Good Eats mixers, so there’s always a delicious, better-for-you option on the table, whether you’re sipping solo or sharing with friends.
Seasonal Star: Hibiscus Cider
This flavor is one of our most requested. It brings together tart hibiscus and cozy apple cider notes, cinnamon, and tastes amazing hot or chilled, making it the perfect fall sip. Think crisp orchard walks, pumpkin patch afternoons, and cool evenings with friends and family.

Sometimes the simplest sips are the most nourishing. Hibiscus is rich in antioxidants, supports heart health, and may help naturally lower blood pressure. Warmed in a glass, it’s vibrant, tangy, and soothing, ike wellness in every sip.
As I sip these recipes this month, I’m reminded of why Too Good Eats exists. We’re here to make wellness delicious and accessible, while creating moments that feel special—whether you’re celebrating with friends or simply pausing for yourself.
So here’s to Sober October: to slowing down, savoring flavor, and choosing balance in the most joyful way.
