Healthy Energy Bites

Happy Sunday! Keeping up with our Sunday tradition today we will be sharing a #TOOGOODSUNDAYRECIPE! These healthy energy bites a great grab and go snack for the whole family to munch on throughout the week! 

We love including recipes that you can make with your little ones! Share a picture of you and your little one making this too good snack! 


Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 cup of almond butter (nut butter of choice)
  • ¼ of a cup of flax seeds
  • ¼ of a cup of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • ⅓ of a cup of dark chocolate chips

Directions: 

Step 1: in a medium-sized bowl combine rolled oats, honey, and almond butter

Step 2: Add in the chocolate chips, chia seeds, and flax seeds and mix evenly

Step 3: Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Step 4: Roll into 1-inch sized balls

Step 5: Keep in the refrigerator & enjoy!
