Its going to be a Too Good Year
Hey Too Good Eats family!
It's a new year! 2017 is added to your book of accomplishments rather you loved it or not, you MADE IT into another year of life and adventure.
What are your goals for this year and how will you get there?
I believe in physically writing my goals down and actively checking them off in a personal journal. I believe in seeing my vision on a big board every morning that I wake up! Dreaming, doing, and believing will get you closer to your goals each and every day.
This year I encourage you to clap for yourself more, talk to yourself, and live a balanced life holistically so that you can be your best self for yourself and then you can pour into everyone and everything else. Mind+Body+Spirit. New year new me? Naw that's a pretty played statement. How about New Year, balanced me!
Here are some of our Too Good tips on living a balanced life:
Say yes more... to yourself. It's okay to say no to others for your own good. Yes, even to your significant
other or your kids. Adjust your schedule to attend that yoga class or to meal prep...you got this! Put GOOD out and in. Fill your body with good food that gives you energy and nourishes you. Shed light on a cause that you care about and learn how you can make a difference. Create healthy habits not restrictions-life is about balance.
